15,000 square feet built on two acres and abutting 70+ acres of woodland, this Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired family home lives up to its name.
The Happy Valley residence consists of two stories with seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms and a daylight basement. Other amenities include a wine room, theater room, large heated outdoor living space, two outdoor kitchens, an exercise room with sauna, an outdoor swimming pool and a five-car garage.
The homeowners' wish was to achieve generous amounts of natural light while maintaining a strong sense of privacy. Marvin provided the creative solutions to successfully balance these desires with the home's architectural form.
From the signature corner windows to the ten-foot entry door, Marvin's range of options created opportunities for experimentation with light in bold ways
